This sweet girl is Lulu, from a set called "lovely lulu" from Kraftin' Kimmies Stamps..Oh i think she is just too cute! I used SU card in Pool Party, their Tulips EF and of course my new "best friend" the Floral Oval die! TFL !
AWESOME card!! Oh i'm definitely going to have to splurge and buy that fancy frame!! LOVE that you did it in green... neat embossing and of course your image is too too CUTE! *Ü*
